Paris Police need your help in locating and identifying a blue passenger vehicle that was involved in a hit and run accident at about 4:30 P.M. on May 4, 2016 near the intersection of 20th and Lamar Ave. A bicyclist was near the southwest corner of the intersection and was struck by a blue car travelling east on Lamar Ave. The vehicle had to have entered Lamar Ave from 19th St due to Lamar Ave being blocked off because of construction. The victim said that the blue vehicle was followed by a red pick-up. The victim was later treated for a fractured arm and contusions. If you know who was driving the listed suspect vehicle or you can produce a license plate number or can give an identifying description for that vehicle you are urged to contact Officer Garcia at 903-782-1227.
