Paris Police Investigate After Dog’s Death

Paris police will investigate the death of a dog that died at a Frisco animal hospital. The dog, who appeared to be starving was found chained to a tree by a police officer, who turned it over to the Humane Society.  It was then flown to a vet. Several other animals were seized from the location, and the case has been turned over to detectives, who will investigate it as a felony.
