Paris Police Investigate Assault

Paris Police responded to a disturbance in the 600 block of SE 24th and found that a man and a woman had been assaulted by  a several people. As the two were leaving the scene,  their vehicle struck several objects, including a vehicle and a utility pole. The man was flown to a trauma center in Plano and the woman was treated and released locally.  The investigation is continuing.
