Paris Police Arrest A Man On Drug Charges, Delta County Warrants

Paris Police was conducting a security check on East Hearn when they saw a person in a vehicle, who began reacting in a nervous manner when he saw the officers. Officers made contact Quades Williams and detected the odor of narcotics and observed drugs inside the vehicle. Williams was arrested on drug, weapon, and failure to ID charges  He was also charged on two outstanding warrants from Delta County.
