Officers made contact with 50-year-old Christopher Pass in the 200 block of NW 24th in Paris regarding outstanding warrants. Pass was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor.
Paris Police was called to the 100 block of NW 19th because of a family disturbance and saw 41-year-old Tracy Monkhouse Jr., shoving a woman and arrested him. Monkhouse was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and a small amount of methamphetamine and was also charged with possession of a controlled substance and two misdemeanors.
Paris Police responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of NW 19th and made contact with 50-year-old Kenny Williams. A records check showed that he was wanted on an outstanding warrant for violating his parole and he was taken into custody.
Officers were dispatched to an assault complaint in the 2200 block of East Cherry and made contact with 27-year-old Shalanda Guinyard. She was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Dallas for assault on a public servant.
