Paris Police responded to a call after an ex-girlfriend allegedly used the complainants debit card numerous times in the past week. The investigation is ongoing.
Police worked a burglary Thursday morning at 8:30 in the 900-block of Pine Bluff. Someone had entered the residence that is being remodeled and stole several tools.
Michael Doyle Hall
Officers arrested Michael Doyle Hall, 52, of Paris, and charged him with a felony of tampering with physical evidence. Reportedly a vehicle was swerving on the roadway on FM 195 at about 5:42 pm Thursday and officers stopped it in the 300-block of NE 35th. The suspect, Hall, attempted to conceal a baggie of marijuana from the officer. They also charged Hall with driving while intoxicated. He is in Lamar County Jail.
