Paris Police Report For Friday (Jun 29)

Ryan Elizabeth Bowman

Arrests include Ryan Elizabeth Bowman, 35, of Paris, regarding a continuing theft over several months from Denny’s restaurant which involved a total of $13,455.00.

Chandler Blake McDonald

Officers arrested Chandler Blake McDonald, 22, of Paris, on a warrant charging animal cruelty. During service of the warrant, officers found McDonald in possession of suspected marijuana and methamphetamine. The cruelty complaint arose from a disturbance in which McDonald is alleged to have swung a girlfriends dog into a post attempting to kill it. The dog was recovered and later died.

Kenneth Ray Martinsky

Paris Police arrested Kenneth Ray Martinsky, 28, of Paris, on a motion to adjudicate a felony charge warrant regarding continuing family violence. During his transportation to the City Jail, he damaged the rear interior of a police patrol unit. They added a charge of criminal mischief.

Paris Police Department identified the man found in a creek beside his residence in the 2000-block of Plum Street as Wendell Willis Hamil, 64. Preliminary autopsy reports indicate no findings of blunt trauma or an indication of foul play. The investigation will continue as the officers await other toxicology tests results.

Paris Police responded to 144 calls for service on June 28, while making seven arrests.
