Paris Police spoke with a victim of fraud in the 600-block of Church St. at 8:04 Thursday morning. The victim reported that he had lost his wallet in the 3100-block of NE Loop 286, and someone had since used his credit card to make an online purchase. The incident is under investigation.
Paris Police responded to 80 calls for service and arrested two people on Thursday (Sep 30).
