Paris Police Report For Monday (Feb 13)

Keaton Pierce Wilkerson

Paris Police responded to the 4300 block of Bonham St at 2:53 Friday afternoon about a wanted person. Officers arrested, 20, Keaton Pierce
Wilkerson, of Saltillo, on a Hopkins County felony Probation Violation warrant. Wilkerson is currently on probation for an evading arrest or detention with a vehicle conviction. They booked and later placed him in the Lamar County Jail.

Jeremy Landon Faulk

Police stopped a vehicle in the 400-block of SE 6th St Friday at 3:36 pm for a defective brake light violation. Officers gained consent to search and found under the back seat a small baggie that contained methamphetamine and a pipe they used for smoking illicit drugs. The backseat passenger, Jeremy Landon Faulk, 24, of Paris, was arrested and charged with possessing a controlled substance. They took Faulk to the Lamar County Jail.

Ian Shoal Battiest

At 11:30 am on Feb 11, 2023, Paris Police stopped a vehicle for a defective brake light violation. The driver, Ian Shoal Battiest, 32, of Paris, was found to have an outstanding felony warrant out of Oklahoma charging him with grand theft of lost property. Battiest was arrested and later transferred to the Lamar County Jail.

Noah Thomas Moore

Paris Police stopped a vehicle in the 500-block of Pine Bluff St at 1:53 pm on Saturday for a traffic violation. The officer smelled marijuana, and the driver, Noah Thomas Moore, 26, of Paris, admitted to smoking marijuana earlier in the day. The vehicle had over two pounds of marijuana in the front passenger seat. Moore was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana of more than four ounces but less than five pounds and transferred to the Lamar County Jail.

Rhyan Shane Johnson

Sunday morning at 11:41, Paris Police located and arrested Rhyan Shane Johnson, 32, in the 700 block of E. Washington St. The officer knew that Johnson had two felony probation violation warrants for possession of a controlled substance of more than one but less than four grams convictions. They booked Johnson and transferred him to the Lamar County Jail.

Paris Police responded to a burglary of a residence in the 500-block of Cedar Sunday afternoon at 3:00. The victim reported that sometime between 3:00 pm on Feb 12, 2023, and this date, someone entered the residence through a window and stole three televisions. The incident is under investigation.

Keonta Kiar Morris

Keonta Kiar Morris, 26, of Paris, was observed on Booker T. Washington Homes premises and was known to have two outstanding probation violation warrants. Officers arrested Morris at 3:38 pm, and he is currently on probation for stealing a firearm and unlawful carrying weapon convictions. They booked Morris and took him to the Lamar County Jail.

Shanna rachelle Shilling

Paris Police stopped a vehicle in the 200-block of W. Sherman and found a passenger with an outstanding felony warrant. Shanna Rachelle Shilling, 45, of Paris, was arrested on a felony Lamar County warrant charging her with three counts of credit card or debit card abuse. They transferred her to the Lamar County Jail.

Paris Police responded to 185 calls for service and arrested 17 people over the weekend ending at midnight Sunday (Feb 13).
