Paris Police Report For Monday (Mar 5)

Quentin Ewing

Saturday, Paris Police worked a disturbance in the 400-block of Grand. They arrested Quentin Ewing, 34, who allegedly had choked and held a knife to the throat of the complainant.

Shannon Miller

A traffic stop after 2:00 pm Saturday ended with the arrested of Shannon Miller, 32. He provided a fictitious name possibly because he had an outstanding warrant for possession of a controlled substance in Bee County.

Jerrod Mayberry

Police arrested Jerrod Mayberry, 30, Saturday after he allegedly assaulted a person using a headlock that impeded breathing.

Sarina McCutcheon | Landon Sain

A traffic stop in the 1600-block of SE 24th ended with the arrest of Sarina McCutcheon, 24, and Landon Sain, 33. Sain provided a false name at first. McCutcheon and the male were in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine.

Steven Fletcher

Officers responded to the 3000-block of Abbott Lane in regards to a warrant arrest and arrested Steven Fletcher, 52, on an outstanding warrant for theft of property $2500-$30k out of Tarrant County.

Officers worked an assault Sunday afternoon in the 700-block of Bonham. A known suspect allegedly attempted to cut the complainant with a knife and that a second known suspect had struck the complainant with a club. The suspects had fled before police arrived.

Monday morning around 2:00, officers responded to the 3300-block of Lamar in regards to a burglar alarm. They found that an unknown suspect had forced entry into the building and took a small amount of cash and medications from the building. The investigation is ongoing.

Paris Police responded to 323 calls for service and arrested 27 people over the three-day weekend ending at 6:00 am Monday (Mar 5).
