Paris Police Report For Monday (May 7)

Samantha Allen

Friday around 2:00 pm, Paris Police arrested Samantha Allen, 27, on warrants from Paris and Oklahoma. They also found Allen in possession of approximately 17 grams of methamphetamine.

Around noon Friday, a possible known suspect stole checks from another location and passed them out of state. The suspect took them from the 700-block of SE 10th.

Police worked a burglary in the 100-block of NE 8th. An unknown suspect took numerous items from a storage building. During the investigation, officers recovered some items E. Price Street.

Evan Cobb

Saturday afternoon police arrested Evan Cobb, 26, after a traffic stop. They noticed Cobb throw something from the vehicle and later found a baggy containing 26 Alprazolam pills.

An unknown person used a victim’s identifying information on Cleveland Street to open a service account.

Nicholas Brown

Sunday morning around 2:00 officers worked a security check in the 3500-block of NE Loop 286. They arrested Nicholas Brown, 23, on an outstanding warrant for publishing/threatening to publish intimate-material. The incident reportedly happened the middle of January when Brown posted to social media.

John Hagger

Police worked a disturbance in the 2900-block of Clarksville Street. Allegedly John Hagger, 22, had assaulted the
complainant by choking and scratching. Officers arrested Hagger.

Roxanne Guara

Paris Police worked a suspicious vehicle call in the 1100-block of NW Loop 286. They arrested Roxanne Guara, 27, on an outstanding warrant out of Lamar County for abandon/endanger a child w/criminal negligence.

Andrecas Morgan

Police arrested Andrecas Morgan, 35, on an outstanding warrant out of Lamar County for criminal mischief

A known suspect passed a counterfeit $100 in the 3900-block of Bonham and left the business.

Paris Police responded to 268 calls for service and arrested 17 people over the three-day weekend ending at 6:00 am Monday (May 7).
