Paris Police Report For Monday (Nov 12)

Paris Police responded to a burglary of a building in the 1100-block of SE 33rd last Friday. Reportedly someone had entered a shed behind the house and had stolen several sporting equipment items. The theft could have occurred about two months ago. The incident is under investigation.

A fraud was reported Friday afternoon when the victim was advised that someone had stolen some personal checks from his residence in the 600-block of SE 24th. They were cashed. The investigation continues.

Paris Police responded to an Auto-Pedestrian accident in the 600-block of E. Washington Saturday night at 10:15. Reportedly a 25-year-old man had been found lying in the roadway and had advised that he had been struck by an unknown vehicle. The victim was later transported to a Plano hospital by Care Flight where
he was treated and released.

Paris Police responded to 237 calls for service and arrested 13 people over the past weekend ending at midnight Sunday (Nov 11).
