Paris Police Report For Thursday (Apr 26)

Wednesday evening after 9:00 Paris Police worked a complaint in the 1800-block of Jackson. Officers arrested Billy Allen, 70, who allegedly choked a female family member.

Officers worked another fraud complaint in the 3900-block of Lamar Ave. Reportedly an unknown suspect had passed a counterfeit $100 bill at the business. The investigation is ongoing.

Wednesday afternoon the Department received a report alleging that an adult had sexually assaulted a person under the age of 17. The investigation is ongoing.

Paris Police responded to 82 calls for service and arrested two people over the past 24 hours ending at 6:00 am Thursday (Apr 26).
