Paris Police Report For Thursday (Jun 21)

Wednesday Paris Police arrested Shane Crites, 39, in the 1900-block of Fitzhugh in regards to a warrant. He had an outstanding felony warrant for criminal mischief imp/int public service. The warrant stemmed from an incident reported Wednesday a week ago (Jun 13) where he allegedly diverted electricity from a private business to a residence without the consent of the business owner.

Don Erwin

Officers arrested Don Erwin, 29, on an outstanding parole violation in the 500-block of Grand Ave.

The Police Department received a report alleging a known person had sexually assaulted a person under the age of 17. The investigation is ongoing.

Paris Police responded to 79 calls for service and arrested four people over the past 24 hours ending at 6:00 am on Thursday (Jun 21).
