Paris Police Report for Tuesday 10/4

Paris police arrested  39 year old James McDonald after a traffic stop. He was wanted on warrants of abandoning or endangering a child and possession of a controlled substance. 39 year old Donna Starkey then arrived at the scene and officers arrested her on a warrant for the same charge.

54 year old  Mark Record was arrested by Paris police on an outstanding felony warrant for failure to register as a  sex offender. 25 year old  Christian Vargo was taken into custody on felony motion to revoke his probation. The arrests  took place in the 3700-block of Pine Mill. 

Officers conducted a traffic stop and arrested 43 year old David Perry for possession of a controlled substance. Another traffic stop ended with 61 year old Charles Porter jailed on multiple warrants.

Paris police were called to a disturbance and arrested 33 year old Zakhari Tolbert for possession and trying to flee. Police are investigating the theft of another window air conditioning unit and a gas heater. It happened in the 400 block of NE 11th Street.
