Paris Police Report for Tuesday April 11th

 

Coppola

Paris police responded to the 300 block of NE 32nd to check out a report of a suspicious person and  made contact with 47 year old  Kimberly Coppola. She was arrested for public intoxication and possession of methamphetamine.

Taylor

Paris Police made contact with  32 year old Randal Taylor  in the 300 block of SW 16th and arrested him on misdemeanor warrants. He was found to be in possession of a small amount of meth and was also charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Booker

Paris Police conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of NE 6th and made contact with 20 year old  Xavier Booker and two other subjects. Booker was found to be in possession of a handgun that had been stolen in Mesquite. Booker was taken into custody for theft of a firearm and numerous misdemeanor warrants. One of the other subjects was also arrested on a misdemeanor charge.

Paris Police responded to the 700 block of SW 1st in regards to a burglary of a residence. An unknown suspect had forced entry into the home and taken two game consoles.

Paris Police responded to Paris Regional Medical Center  to investigate a stabbing incident that had occurred in the 800 block of Fitzhugh. Officers learned that a person had come in for treatment of lacerations to the neck, face, and hand. The injuries were non-life threatening. The investigation is continuing.

Paris police responded to a burglary of a building in the 800 block of W Center. Unknown suspect(s) had broken into buildings stolen wiring and other items from the buildings.
