Paris Police Report for Tuesday August 9th

Paris Police responded to the 500 block of Tudor Street where a 2013 Dodge Avenger had been stolen. The vehicle was later recovered by Delta County deputies after it was involved in an accident. No information was available regarding the suspect.

Paris Police are investigating a robbery in 1900 block of Lamar Ave. Officers were told that the victim had been assaulted by two unknown men who stole his shoes and his wallet which contained $150 in cash. The suspects were described as two African-American males, about 6 feet tall and weighing around 180 lbs.

Paris Police are investigating a  felony theft complaint in the 800 block of Lamar Ave. Officers were told that  someone  had stolen $8200 in cash from the business. No suspect information was available.

Paris Police responded to a burglary of a motor vehicle complaint in the 2300 block of Hubbard and were told that a rifle had been stolen. NO suspects have been identified.
