Paris Police responded to the 2200 block of Clarksville and made contact with Blake Pasquill. He was wanted on an outstanding warrant for theft and was arrested.
Paris Police were called to George Wright Homes to investigate the burglary of a residence. Officers were told that while the resident was away, someone broke into the home and took a game console.
Paris Police responded to an assault complaint in the 3500 block of NE Loop 286 and were told that a known suspect had allegedly struck the complainant’s vehicle with another vehicle. The suspect then ran over the complainant’s foot with the vehicle. The suspect was located and said the complainant had come at her with a knife and she had accidentally struck the complainant’s vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.
Paris Police responded to the 800 block of Deshong Drive in regards to a reported sexual assault. The victim said she had possibly been sexually assaulted by a person she knew at another location.
Paris police are investigating a burglary that occurred in the 300 block of NE 20th. . An unknown suspect had forced entry into the residence and a storage building and stole numerous tools and two televisions.
Paris Police responded to 266 calls for service and arrested 13 persons over the three day weekend ending at 6:00 A.M. on December 19, 2016.
