Paris Police Report for Tuesday July 11

 

Paris Police was sent to the probation office to serve an arrest warrant. Officers made contact with 24-year-old Quadrea Dillard and took him into custody for aggravated assault and a misdemeanor. He was accused of brandishing a knife and threatening several PJC students back in February.

Officers made contact with 38-year-old Latease Ross during a traffic stop in the 3300 block of Lamar Ave. She was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Lamar County for burglary of a building.

Paris Police is investigating a rash of burglaries that occurred over the weekend. Thieves broke into a business in the 3900 block of FM 195 and took numerous cartons of cigarettes and cash. Someone broke into a home in the 1400 block of Neathery and stole multiple pieces of furniture. In the 500 block of NW 13th, an unknown suspect stole a television. Someone took the keys to several vehicles after breaking into a building in the 400 block of N Main.
