Saturday morning, just after 5:00, Paris Police responded to an intoxicated driver complaint in the 800-block of Clement Road. Officers arrested Chadwick Wilson, 41, for driving while intoxicated. Due to previous
convictions, they charged Wilson with a felony offense.
Bryant Burnett
Police worked a welfare concern in the 2600-block of W. Houston. They arrested Bryant Burnett, 29, who had an outstanding parole violation warrant.
David Anderson
Monday evening Paris Police worked a disturbance in the 200-block of Plum. That is when they observed a person known to the officers to have an outstanding warrant. They arrested David Anderson, 19, on an outstanding warrant for sexual assault of a child. The warrant stemmed from an incident reported on May 5 of this year. Anderson allegedly sexually assaulted a child under the age of 16.
Monday evening officers arrested Patricia Fisher, 61, after a traffic stop for driving while intoxicated. Due to previous convictions, they charged Fisher with a felony offense.
Police worked a burglary in the 600-block of NE 17th last Friday. An unknown suspect had forced entry into the residence and took two televisions.
An unknown suspect broke into a residence at Booker T. Washington Homes and took a purse. An unknown suspect stole two firearms in the 400-block of NW 28th. Someone took jewelry from a house in the 3400-block of Fargo Drive.
Monday Police worked a disturbance in the 200-block of Plum. The suspect had left the scene before police arrived after hitting a person in the head with a hammer. It caused minor injuries.
Paris Police responded to 371 calls for service and arrested 18 people over the three-day holiday weekend ending at 6:00 am Tuesday (May 29).
