Paris Police Report for Tuesday Sept. 20th



Paris Police made contact with 27 year old  Clifton Robinson  and 23 year old  Marcus Smith  in the 2900 block of Clarksville as a result of an unrelated call for service. Robinson and Smith were both arrested for outstanding warrants. During a subsequent search of the residence and a vehicle a handgun and 10 ounces of marijuana were found. Both men were charged with possession of the pot, and Robinson was charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

Paris Police are investigating a report of a stabbing at George Wright Homes. Officers were told that one person had accidentally stabbed another person. The investigation is continuing.

Paris Police received a call from 1300 block of NE 26th that a shed at been broken into. Suspects forced entry into the shed and stole a lawn mower, leaf blower and weedeater.
