Paris Police Report for Wednesday August 23

Paris Police observed a pickup parked in the 500 block of NW 13th which was known to belong to 25-year-old Zachari Johnson, who was known to have an outstanding warrant. Johnson was in possession of a small amount of marijuana and a large amount of synthetic marijuana. He was arrested for the misdemeanor warrant, another misdemeanor charge, and manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance.

Paris Police responded to the 1400 block of SW 4th and found 31-year-old Otis Knight passed out in a  vehicle. He was found in possession of synthetic marijuana, which he attempted to throw away. The baggies were later recovered, Knight was subdued and was arrested for tampering with physical evidence and several misdemeanor charges.
