Paris Police Report Friday (Oct 16)

Jessica Kincaid-Briggle

Officers worked the 100-block of NW 27th about a possible burglary of an auto. The reporting party advised that an individual they knew as Jessica Briggle was attempting to access their vehicles, and officers made contact with the defendant. A local warrant check revealed that Briggle, also known as Jessica Kincaid, had an outstanding warrant for Possession of Controlled substance out of Lamar County Sheriff’s Office. They arrested her on the contract and then found the defendant’s property, which was drug paraphernalia. Officers issued a citation on the defendant for the paraphernalia and booked him without incident.

Ronald Minton

An officer stopped a vehicle in the 1400-block of N. Main for a traffic violation and found a box containing narcotics, marijuana,
and drug paraphernalia. They arrested the driver, Ronald Minton, and charged him with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia. Heis in jail.

Paris Police responded to 114 calls for service and arrested two people on Thursday (Oct 16).
