Paris Police arrested Sarina McCutcheon, 23, Tieler Abney, 24, David Christopher, 37, and Danny Christopher, 31, all of Paris. They were all charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and marijuana. Officers responded to a call regarding a vehicle abandoned in an empty lot. That led officers to a shed behind a house in the 300 block of NE 26th. Police found all four in the shed with the drugs.
David Higbee
Police stopped David Higbee, 48, of Lamar County, for an expired registration sticker in the 400 block of N. Main. Officers discovered Higbee was in felony possession of a controlled substance.
Roger Hines
Roger Hines, 54, of Paris, was stopped for not wearing a seatbelt. Officers found a handgun on his person and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. He was also found to be in felony possession of a controlled substance. A passenger in the vehicle, Jamie Hays, 40, of Paris, was also arrested for an outstanding traffic warrant.
William Hindman
William Hindman, 22, of Paris, was arrested on several warrants in the 600 block of SE 6th Street. Authorities wanted Hindman on a felony charge of sexual assault of a child in a consensual case originally investigated in May.
Christopher Tucker
Christopher Tucker, 45, of Paris, was arrested on a felony warrant charging DWI in the 900 block of SE 6th Street. Police arrested three other people on misdemeanor DWI charges over the weekend.
