Paris Police Report Monday (Nov 16)

Gerald Russell Bridgers

Paris Police responded to a family disturbance in the 1000-block of NE 14th St Friday night at 10:57. The 35-year-old victim reported that her ex-husband had assaulted her. The suspect, Gerald Russell Bridgers, 34, was attempting to leave the scene when the officers arrived. Bridgers had several outstanding Municipal Court warrants and possession of methamphetamine. Officers charged him with possession of a controlled substance and assault, causing bodily injury, family violence and placed him in jail.

Rodrekus Kentrell Ceasar

At 5:15 pm Saturday, Paris Police responded to a disturbance in the 2500-block of Kessler St. and located the suspect walking in the 1300-block of NE 25th St. Rodrekus Kentrell Ceasar, 29, of Paris, had an outstanding warrant charging him with resisting arrest, search, or transport. During the investigation after being arrested, Ceasar had numerous pills, two pistols, and paraphernalia. They charged him with two counts of manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance and two counts of unlawful carrying a weapon. Officers added a charge of assault, family violence, and property theft, and he is in the Lamar County Jail.

Paris Police worked a security check in the 4200-block of Sunrise Dr. at 5:03 Sunday morning. The caller advised that a wrecker truck was sitting in the roadway with the doors open, and no one was around. The officers determined that someone had stolen the wrecker from the 700-block of Fairway Dr. The incident is under investigation.

Stacey Lee Greene

At 8:40 Sunday evening, Paris Police observed a vehicle in Clarksville’s 1700-block that the owner had reported stolen to the Bonham Police Department. It was traveling westbound and stopped in the 200-block of Lamar Ave. The driver, Stacey Lee Greene, 21, of Paris, was arrested. Officers charged Greene with the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and discovered he had possession of marijuana. Greene is in the Lamar County Jail.

Paris Police responded to 232 calls for service and arrested 12 persons over the weekend ending on Sunday (Nov 15).
