Paris Police responded to the 500-block of SE 13th St at 4:09 Wednesday afternoon about shots fired. A victim advised that he and his family were driving north on SE 13th St when they saw a juvenile they knew. They saw the juvenile produce a handgun and fire two or three bullets at them. At least two bullets struck the victim’s vehicle. Officers located the juvenile and placed him under arrest on four aggravated assault counts with a deadly weapon. They found the pistol in the juvenile’s pocket, and the owner had reported it stolen out of Fannin County. The investigation continues.
