Saturday, it’s the first-ever Paris Steak Wars at South Main Iron. The event will kick off with a pre-party Friday night. Then Saturday, up to 20 teams will compete for the Steak Championship. There will also be live music during this event. Proceeds will benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Texas.
