Paris Tax Rate Update

The City of Paris will have a slightly lower tax rate this year, but property owners could see a slightly higher tax bill.   That’s because of the increase in property valuations. The new budget will include a 2% cost of living increase for all city employees except the city manager. Plans call for the addition of another animal control officer. The city plans to purchase 4 new police cars, a bulldozer and other equipment.
