Chisum High School is the sight Friday evening for the school’s art students. Those attending will take part in a silent auction, and have a hamburger and hot dog dinner to raise money for state competition. The theme this year is “The Eyes Have It.”

Cruisin’ On the Plaza is back Friday night April 6 from 5:00 till 8:00 pm – Classic and Antique enthusiasts of Paris park their automobiles around the Plaza in Historic Downtown Paris and enjoy visiting with friends and visitors to talk about the vehicles.

It’s that time again folks! The Faught Fire Department Pancake Day! Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 7 from 6:00 am till noon, to come and enjoy a delicious breakfast and to even take a look at the new Faught Community Center! They hope to see all of you there! They’re on FM 195 6.5 miles from Loop 286. It’s $7 and children under six eat free.

Prairiland FFA 47th Annual Livestock Show, Plant Sale, Lunch, and Auction Saturday, April 7. Livestock show at the Ag Barn starting at 10:00 am, the plant sale at the Greenhouse is from 7:30 til noon, a fish lunch in the cafeteria starting at noon ($10 a plate) and a fundraising auction in the gym starting at 1:30.
