Paris Woman Arrested for Shoplifting

An off duty Paris detective made contact with 24 year old Angelic Mosely and another woman after the detective observed the two carrying merchandise out of the store without paying for it. As the detective made contact with Mosely, Mosely attempted to leave in a vehicle and the detective was able to stop the vehicle. Mosely then began to resist arrest and other officers arrived to assist. Mosely was taken into custody and charged with felony theft of property as well as misdemeanor charges stemming from this incident and warrants from other agencies.
