Paris Woman Arrested on Outstanding Warrant

Paris police conducted a welfare check on a woman passed out in a car in the 1300 block of Cedar Street. Officers found that the woman was okay, but had an outstanding warrant for a previous theft case. 24 year old Amanda Gilbert of Paris was transported to the Lamar County Jail.
