Paris Woman Charged with Assault

Paris Police responded to the 700 block of Oak Street after receiving a report of a family disturbance. The victim said she had been assaulted by her 36 year old daughter April Sanders. Sanders admitted to the assault and was arrested. The charge was enhanced because of a previous family violence conviction.
