Paris Woman Charged with Theft

Paris police responded to a theft complaint in the 2600 block of Lamar Avenue and arrested 43 year old Mona Green,  who was found to be in possession of a stolen purse. Due to previous theft convictions Green’s charge was enhanced to a felony.
