Paris Police was dispatched to the 3700-block of NE Loop 286 to investigate a possible narcotics violation complaint. They arrested 36-year-old Laura Reynolds on two outstanding motions to revoke her probation, manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance and two misdemeanors. They arrested 24-year-old Sarina McCutcheon for possession of a half gram of methamphetamine and two misdemeanors.
