Part of Biden’s Vaccine Mandate Blocked

After Texas and other states sued, a federal judge has blocked the Biden administration’s COVID vaccine mandate for some healthcare workers. President Biden’s emergency order requires workers at facilities participating in the Medicare and Medicaid programs to get the first shot by this coming Monday. The judge says the mandate exceeds the administration’s authority.
