Pattonville Couple Recovering After Home Explosion

A man and women suffered second and third-degree burns after their home in Pattonville exploded at about 7:30 Saturday morning. Paramedics flew the couple to the Medical City of Plano. Their home was totally destroyed. The cause of the explosion has not been determined, but a medical spokesperson for the Deport Volunteer Fire Department speculated that there may have been a propane leak.
