The Texas Attorney General was at the U.S. Supreme Court, arguing that the Affordable Care Act, known as Obamacare, has become unconstitutional. Chief Justice John Roberts ruled in a previous decision the Affordable Care Act is constitutional because the individual mandate is a tax. Ken Paxton led 19 other states in suing when Congress set the penalty at zero, so it can no longer be considered a tax. More than 20-million people now have insurance through the Affordable Care Act. A decision may not come until June.
