PEDC Approves Incentive Package For American Spiral Weld

After a two-hour, closed-door executive session Monday night, the Paris City Council approved a PEDC incentive package worth about $2.5-million to be offered to American Spiral Weld. Paris is in tight competition with several other cities to attract the industry. If the company chooses Paris for its expansion, it could be operational by the spring of 2019.
