The Paris Economic Development Corporation Board has elected Josh Bray to be the board chairman. Bray is the owner of Bray Construction and is a past President of the Chamber of Commerce. Shay Bills was named Vice Chairman, and Mihir Pankaj was named Secretary-Treasurer. The Board also nominated City Councilwoman Paula Portugal to represent the council on the Board.
