Pedestrian Killed By Hit and Run Driver

An East Texas pedestrian was killed over the weekend when he was struck  by a hit and run driver on Hwy 155 in Smith County. 22 year old Jesse Copeland of Flint was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators say he was crossing the highway outside of a crosswalk when he was hit by an unknown type of vehicle.
