UPDATE – Pedestrian Struck And Killed In Sulphur Springs

The victim in the vehicle vs pedestrian crash Thursday morning in Sulphur Springs has been identified as 41 year old Kevin Wayne Plunkett

Sulphur Springs Police responded to a vehicle vs pedestrian accident at about 3:00 am this (Thursday) morning. It happened on College Street in the Shannon Road area. The victim was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. No charges have been filed against the driver, who stopped at the accident. The name the man killed has not been released.
