Physician Guilty Of Illegal Distribution Of Pain Medicine

An East Texas physician has been convicted of illegally dispensing pain medication. 49 year old Dr. Sameer Andoni Fino of Murphy pleaded guilty in federal court to dispersing Narco – a Schedule 3 pain medication that is made with Hydrocodone and Tylenol. As a result of the plea bargain, the doctor is expected to receive probation.
