Pilot Killed In East Texas Plane Crash

Rusk County authorities have confirmed that  the pilot died in a plane crash at about 3:45  near Carlisle Tuesday afternoon.  Investigators say they believe the plane hit a wire off of a cell phone tower. Witnesses who saw the crash reported  the plane was flipping and spinning. When it hit the ground, it erupted into flames.
