Have you ever walked into a store or a shop, and no one greeted you or even acknowledged your presence? You see someone sitting behind a cash register but looking at their phone and never looking up, never noticing you, or maybe they are even asleep? You don’t stay in that shop long, do you? One of our new Chamber Board Members, Mark Levy of Revenue Development Resources, gave a short talk on properly greeting your customers and how to win them over.

“Could Better Staff Greetings Help You Win and Keep More Customers?”

Today your customers have many more choices as to where they can do business. So to be blunt, they may not need you as they did before, and yes, that includes medical. Case in point: you may have already done video doctor sessions with an out of state doctor your insurance company wants you to use instead of a local doctor.

If our repeat and potential new customers don’t need us and if we are going to grow our business, we need to get customers and prospects to do business with us. That often starts with a greeting someone gets when they come into your business. To make sure your staff is customer-focused, give a listen to this short talk for some “Better Greetings for Better Sales” customer greeting tips from Mark Levy, President of Revenue Development Resources and Pink Flamingo Sound Company. You can reach Mark at 972.522.8570 or mark@rdrtoday.com.
