Barefoot Bay Marina is having Karaoke every Friday 8:00 pm until 12:00 am. Band night is Saturday (Mar 12) with Doctor-Doctor performing at 9:00 pm until 1:00 am.

Camp County Habitat for Humanity wants to show off their new office at 200 W. Marshal. We will cut a ribbon Tuesday (Marr 15) at 4:30 pm. They will serve refreshments.

Order of the Eastern Star will hold their Scholarship Pancake Supper Friday (Mar 18) at 5:00 pm in the Masonic Lodge. The price is $7 and those under six it is $3.50.

Pirate Game Show is Friday (Mar 18) at 6:00 pm in Pittsburg High School Auditorium.

My name is Michael Laing and I am the new Camp County Democratic Chair. I want to invite you to the Camp County Democratic Party Convention Saturday (Mar 19) at 9:30 am. It will be held at the Douglass Alumni Community Center, 408 Terry St., Pittsburg.

Highway 271 Car cruise is coming Saturday (Apr 9). Early Bird Registration is open today. Stop by the Chamber of Commerce office in a participating city to pick up your registration form. We will have goodie bags for the participants. If you have pens, key chains, etc. or if you would like to put a coupon form you business in the bags please bring at least 50 to the chamber office. You may also call, and I will pick them up. This is a great way to get you name in front of people who may not otherwise come to Pittsburg. We also need Door Prizes. If you have one of something that a person from out of town might like to win while in Pittsburg please contact me and I will come pick that up.
