Pittsburg Officer Attacked By Dog

A Pittsburg police officer was injured Thursday afternoon when he responded to an aggressive dog report. The dog in question charged the officer and bit him. The officer fell, broke his ankle and tore a tendon. He was taken to Titus Regional Medical Center for treatment. There’s no word on the dog.
