Plea Agreement On Hopkins County Felony Charges

A Hopkins County man has reached a plea bargain with prosecutors on charges of theft of property over $20,000 but less than $100,000, bail jumping and evading arrest or detention. 63 year old Robert Charles Vaughn  of Dike had stolen a back hoe from a crew working on a bridge on Hwy 69. HE was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
