POI Arrested In Hunt County Death

A person of interest in a Hunt County homicide has been arrested by US Marshals in Grand Prairie. James Brandon Bennett, of Caddo Mills, was wanted in connection with the August 12 fatal shooting of 32-year-old Nakoah Ivy. At this time Bennett is charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, three counts of conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver methamphetamine and violation of parole. Investigators say murder charges will be filed soon.
