Police: Driver shot by Farmers Branch Officer Was Unarmed

Dallas Police say that the driver of a reportedly stolen truck was unarmed when he was shot and killed by a Farmers Branch police officer in a Dallas parking lot. No weapon was found on 35-year-old Juan Moreno or in the truck after Officer Michael Dunn fatally shot Moreno. Dunn has been indicted for murder and is free on $150,000 bond.
