An East Texas man accused of impersonating an officer pleaded guilty on Tuesday in Smith County. A court sentenced Jason Fears of Bullard to ten years in prison. Court documents show Fears was arrested in January of last year after he flashed red and blue lights and made a hand signal at someone to pull over in Chandler.
